This slightly longer class (90 minutes) allows time to explore postures, relaxation, breathing and meditation. The Accessible Swim Session is designed to help disabled and less-abled swimmers to build on their water confidence and swimming technique. Available to to all users in a friendly and supportive environment. Pool hoist available if required.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £12.00 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Falls are not an inevitable part of getting older and the good news is, falls can often be prevented. Steady and Strong classes for older adults have been developed by experts to increase your strength and balance, helping you to stay stronger for longer and able to keep doing the things you love. You will do a mix of seated and standing exercises, with chair support for those who need it.
Tai Chi is one of the most inclusive and adaptable exercises for all abilities and ages. No need for mats and cushions, exercise is standing or seated. Join me for a gentle hour of Qi Gong - energy management, Tai Chi Form work and meditation. Learn to coordinate you movement with mind and breath to improve wellbeing.
