PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
The low-impact exercise class is a perfect fit for individuals who are living with long-term health conditions. The class is designed with the aim of accommodating the varying needs of all attendees. The exercises are gentle and easy on the joints, making them ideal for people who have mobility issues or chronic pain. The class is conducted in a supportive and welcoming environment, and the instructor is trained to provide modifications to suit each person's individual needs.
This 5-week session is funded by Herefordshire Council. Each session is an hour long and aims to teach the technique of walking with poles. Nordic Walking is a total body workout, strengthening both lower and upper body muscles. Sport for Confidence programmes place health professionals and specialist coaches into leisure centers, to provide inclusive sporting opportunities to people who face barriers to participation, including those with learning disabilities, mental health issues, dementia, autism, physical impairment or disability, homelessness, and many other complex health needs.

Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
Session for family to build water confidence in a calm environment with unique ambience created by coloured lighting effects and sounds/music. This activity’s ideal for those looking to enjoy a sensory experience based around visual, hearing and touch senses.
