This group is for everyone who wants to be active whether thats walking, jogging or running. A chance to meet up with your GFT pals and have a chat at the same time
This gentle, yet invigorating flow focuses on soft, therapeutic poses linked together in a flowing sequence. A slower-paced practice with a focus on cooling, relaxing, and grounding postures where students will be guided to connect each pose with their breath to harmonise mind, body and soul. Expect to experience a sense of deep relaxation combined with movement designed to improve circulation and range of motion, whilst calming the nervous system. A swim session for people with disabilities. Parents and carers are welcome.
Each paying ticket admits one carer free of charge. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8. These are: children 18M – 4Y = 1 full paying adult – 1 child. Children 5 – 7 Y = 1 full paying adult bouncing – 10 children. Over 8’s – No ratios apply. Trampoline socks must be worn.
