PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £12.00 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

We are a club specifically set up to coach those youngsters with disabilities from the age of 9 years upwards. We meet at Northgate Sports Centre on Wednesday evenings from 6.30pm until 8.00pm in the summer and 6.30pm to 7.30pm in the winter. Please see the website for any changes to these times and whether we use indoors during the winter.
