This 55-minute session is designed to help you get stronger, improve muscle tone, and gain confidence with lifting — all in the fresh air of Battersea Park. With a maximum of 6 people per class, you’ll get personalised coaching and safe technique guidance, whether you’re a beginner or experienced lifter.
This SEND session is designed to provide a quieter atmosphere and operate at a reduced capacity, ensuring a more comfortable and supportive environment for those with special needs and disabilities. Please note one adult admits one child also.
Keep Active Move More Classes are an enjoyable way to improve stamina and general fitness working at your own pace. You can see the improvements after five sessions. Walking squash is designed to help people keep an active lifestyle despite their age, as well as getting those back playing cricket who had to stop due to injuries.
A route of 5km+ suitable for everyone, including walkers, runners and Jeffers. We may ask faster runners to loop back to stay with the group so they may do a slightly longer run. Please note that some runs may be suitable for children aged 8+ where the Run Leader(s) holds the relevant qualifications and insurance.
