A 5 week rolling programme performing choreographed routines, moving to music and building on rhythmic ability, coordination, mobility and stamina. Classes are tailored for the age group and fitness levels. We aim to have fun, to smile and laugh and enjoy being active together.
Supervising adults free of charge. Strictly NO food, water only - please be careful. Maximum age 10yrs.
Falls are not an inevitable part of getting older and the good news is, falls can often be prevented. Steady and Strong classes for older adults have been developed by experts to increase your strength and balance, helping you to stay stronger for longer and able to keep doing the things you love. You will do a mix of seated and standing exercises, with chair support for those who need it.
Class designed for those that have had a fall, fearful of falling or those recovering from illness or surgery and want to regain strength balance and coordination, session designed in conjunction with Age UK
Our aim is to encourage and promote sport to people with a disability to enable them to be physically active. Our Disability Circuit sessions are led by enthusiastic and fully qualified coaches.

The classes are suitable for older adults who haven’t exercised before or who have started to experience a decline in their physical ability. There are two classes available: A Beginner/Intermediate class which lasts for 45 minutes and an Intermediate/Advanced class, which lasts for approximately 1 hour.
