A Goalball club based in the north of England. A sport designed for the visually impaired/blind. Session is monthly on a Saturday, actual varies from month to month but can be found on social media platforms, please contact for most current sessions.
Our Community Club in Sutton runs weekly inclusive multi-sport sessions. The club offers a range of inclusive traditional and Paralympic sports including football, basketball, cricket, tennis, boccia and more. Our sports club is open to anyone with a disability aged 8 years and over. Siblings, parents, carers and support workers can join for free! The club is welcoming, fun and engaging for everyone! Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. It is not a requirement to register in advance but if you choose not to follow the online registration process we do ask that you email the contact on this page so where possible, they are able to communicate with you should any cancellation occur. A social, led, brisk, short walk which, done on a regular basis, can help you feel good and have more energy. Health Walks are led by trained walk leaders and vary in length to suit all abilities. Be sure to check with site to confirm the meeting place as it could be in a community setting rather than the Centre. All you need is a comfortable pair of shoes and possibly a drink.

We run fun, friendly weekly wheelchair basketball sessions for people aged 11+! The sessions are great for people new to wheelchair basketball or with some experience. We have male and female participants of all ages and with a variety of physical disabilities. Our sessions offer a warm, welcoming place for any newcomers!
Football with Kew Park Rangers for players aged 16+ J-F will be coaching the sessions and will meet participants in the sportshall at the start of the session.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
