Get moving and socialising at our adult dance workshops. BEEE Creative will lead FREE, fun, creative movement workshops for all abilities, providing a gentle physical and mental workout! Suitable for older adults but all ages welcome and no experience necessary. Each session will include movement games, taught dance routines and some creative activity. All sessions include work for strengthening, flexibility and balance.

Falls are not an inevitable part of getting older and the good news is, falls can often be prevented. Steady and Strong classes for older adults have been developed by experts to increase your strength and balance, helping you to stay stronger for longer and able to keep doing the things you love. You will do a mix of seated and standing exercises, with chair support for those who need it.

Hampshire Healthy Families Ready Steady Walks are free, push-chair friendly, social walking groups for families with young children living in Hampshire. Ready Steady Walk is a good excuse to get out into the fresh air and give you the chance to meet local families in your community. Your local walking group will be led by a Barnardo’s volunteer, or your local community worker. The walking groups meet once a week at the same venue in your area, at the same day and time.
