We are a community based club. Our Moto is Fun, Fitness and Friendship. We are not in the national league and that helps us to remain accessible to anyone from any team and those who are ineligible for classification, experienced or complete beginners. Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Our Women's Walking Football sessions are aimed at over-40's or those with limiting health conditions that do not allow them to play the full game of football. Walking football is a brilliant way to stay fit and have fun, without the full impact and injury risk of full-speed football. Our coaches can teach you the game and will ensure everyone gets the most from each session.
Wheelchair Basketball is a unique sport which encompasses both people with disabilities and people who are able-bodied. The Club has a Youth Section (ages 7-16) and an Adult Section (ages 14+). Sports chairs can be provided.
