Practice from the comfort of your own home. A 60 minute class aimed at people who are less mobile and unable to come down to a mat on the floor. The class starts sitting in the chair using grounding techniques to bring awareness into the present moment and progresses to standing postures with support of the chair if you are able. This is a gentle practice to mobilise the whole body without putting strain on vulnerable areas. We finish with a seated meditation.
