Let's Go Southall CC is a British Cycling Limitless Club. Limitless, is British Cycling’s inclusive cycling programme which provides cycling opportunities for disabled people, regardless of age, impairment and ability. Limitless Clubs have committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment. Clubs may offer integrated inclusive sessions, or separate Limitless sessions specifically for disabled riders. Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. I have experience of teaching a wide range of ages and abilities, and currently work with people who have arthritis, joint replacements, osteoporosis, Parkinsons, MS, COPD, asthma, diabetes, weight management issues, post breast cancer, early dementia and macular degeneration.
This class will leave you feeling calm, quiet, reflective, and restored. It is slow paced, the perfect class to either set you up for the day ahead or to release tension and stress built up during the day. It is suitable for all levels, including beginners.

All round fitness class for seniors incorporating endurance, strength and balance exercises. Variations of exercises are shown to support different abilities. Each class is a little different but always fun and friendly! The class takes place in Stirchley Baths Community Centre. There are two sessions held at either 9.45 or 11am.
