BODYPUMP HEAVY is a Les Mills strength training class that uses slow, tempo-based lifting with heavy weights, simple formats (like 3 sets of 8 reps), and long recovery periods to build lean muscle and strength using traditional lifts like squats, cleans, and deadlifts, all driven by music and group energy. It's designed to make serious weightlifting accessible and effective for all levels by focusing on form, technique, and breaking through strength plateaus.
Class is gentle seated exercise for less mobile members. Suitable for people with mobility issues.
