It's designed to make serious weightlifting accessible and effective for all levels by focusing on form, technique, and breaking through strength plateaus.

The Accessible Swim Session is designed to help disabled and less-abled swimmers to build on their water confidence and swimming technique. Available to to all users in a friendly and supportive environment. Pool hoist available if required.
