Suitable all the way through your pregnancy and helps with managing a pregnancy-related musculoskeletal condition as well as general wellbeing. The Accessible Swim Session is designed to help disabled and less-abled swimmers to build on their water confidence and swimming technique. Available to to all users in a friendly and supportive environment. Pool hoist available if required.
Walking netball is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. This includes with the ball or off the ball, and includes jogging. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times'”.

A chair based workout which is fun all the way. The chair allows a stable support whilst you are doing your class. Exercises are based around lifting the heart rate, strengthening and stretching your muscles. All done with the support of a chair.
