This session is for Women who want a safe space to exercise, meet like-minded individuals and relieve some stress from day-to-day life! Whether you only played basketball in school, or used to play for a team, you could even be a beginner... Our sessions are Coach-led and open to all abilities and fitness levels; they are designed to be fun, inclusive and a good workout!

Table Tennis sessions for all abilities, we hold open play community sessions, as well as fully coached sessions. Sessions are lead by Helen Lower and John Blackband. Sessions cost £2 Junior £3 Senior, advanced coaching sessions £5.

We are a club specifically set up to coach those youngsters with disabilities from the age of 9 years upwards. We meet at Northgate Sports Centre on Wednesday evenings from 6.30pm until 8.00pm in the summer and 6.30pm to 7.30pm in the winter.
