If money is an issue, please just drop me a line - we would rather you came than you didn’t, and will be completely discrete. All proceeds go directly to Woodoaks Farm to support their amazing community and nature work.

Learn dance routines from the comfort of your own home. You just need the internet to connect to the zoom session and a bit of space around you. The sessions should work on smart phones, ipads, laptops and desktops provided you have a web cam.
Come and learn how to turn walking into a total body exercise with poles. The Power of Poles course will introduce you to the wonderful world of Nordic walking – a fun, sociable and affordable way to improve your health and fitness. In this 90-minute session, you’ll learn the basics of Nordic walking and gain your Freedom Passport. You’ll then be able to book into any of our regular walks and classes. Poles will be provided for this session.
Gentle walk to Explore - woodland, hills and meadows, all part of these most enjoyable walks. This walk is for those who can walk 5-6 km in an hour and is moderate pace.
