PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Beginner friendly walking group, led by an insured and trained Walk Leader.

These sessions are intended to be bookable as it suits each learner. So effectively a series of drop in sessions for adults and young adults (16+) who wish to learn to ride, or who can ride 100 meters or more but are not confident and would like to develop their skills. The instructors will adjust the training sessions to suit the (max 6) learners who have booked so may be working with two groups at different levels. Bike hire is available (please let us know if you wish to hire).

Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions 

These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.

Disability and Inclusive Activity Clubs are fun and accessible that provide Paralympic and multi-sports for disabled people. Delivering high quality sports and physical activity provision for the community and offering expert knowledge of disability sport through our fully-qualified sports coaches

Instructor led sessions where participants are able to follow individually tailored exercise to meet their muscular skeletal conditions.

Sessions for all ages looking to build their water confidence for disabled people or those with long term medical or health conditions.
