The Accessible Swim Session is designed to help disabled and less-abled swimmers to build on their water confidence and swimming technique. Available to to all users in a friendly and supportive environment. Pool hoist available if required.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

This is a fantastic class for those who want to enjoy the benefits of Pilates but find getting up and down from the floor difficult. We use a range of equipment to get a full body workout and we have a lot of fun and laughter.

It is about undertaking exercises that research shows benefits us to maintain a happy and fit life, combating frailty, maintaining heart health and balance. The classes aim to ensure that this is also FUN!

A gentle walking pace incorporating strength and balance exercises outdoors. This Wellness WALX is designed for those who benefit from progressive, gentle exercise, and is open to those using poles, not using poles or who would like to try poles.
