Powerchair football is fast, fun sport primarily for people with physical disabilities. It is an alternative to running football and is played in electric wheelchairs. Participants play 4 v 4 and the aim of the game is to score goals by hitting the football with the bumper attached to your chair.
This is a seniors class for all ages above 50 and all levels of fitness. The class is fun and all ages (above 50)/ all abilities welcome. The exercises aim to improve your function: day to day life.
