The classes are suitable for older adults who haven’t exercised before or who have started to experience a decline in their physical ability. There are two classes available: A Beginner/Intermediate class which lasts for 45 minutes and an Intermediate/Advanced class, which lasts for approximately 1 hour. Tai Chi is a slow moving exercises that works on your balance and movement. This class is suitable for those who are still steady on their feet.
Beginners Only Aerial Silks class, with no more than 4 participants. You will need to complete a Health & Safety Pack no later than 48 hours before your first class.
