Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting. Some poses will be done standing using a chair/ballet barre for support. Chair yoga can improve your flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting your mood, and reducing stress and joint strain.
Seated or standing exercises focusing on improving balance to reduce the risk of falls and increase confidence in our more vulnerable customers.

Keep-fit circuit training class, to help you build your core strength and improve your coordination - Warm Up!🔥 Suitable for all ages and abilities, this class features routines and exercises to help you improve your core muscles and eye-hand coordination, while also giving you a chance to meet new people and make new connections.
A social, led, brisk, short walk which, done on a regular basis, can help you feel good and have more energy. Health Walks are led by trained walk leaders and vary in length to suit all abilities. Be sure to check with site to confirm the meeting place as it could be in a community setting rather than the Centre. All you need is a comfortable pair of shoes and possibly a drink.
