Taekwondo is a Korean martial art often known for its dynamic kicks. The translation of Taekwondo is 'the way of hand and foot', or 'the art of kicking and punching'. The aim of all classes at Unity Taekwondo Academy is to provide a fun, friendly and safe environment to instruction you in a martial art the instructors love. Classes are taught by Chief Instructor Master Bush. Master Bush holds 6th Dan in Chungdokwan Taekwondo and has been involved in the martial arts for over 30 years.

Our Tai Chi class starts with a gentle warm-up to calm the breathing and mind, and mobilise the body. Angela will guide you through the Tai Chi steps from the front of the hall, talking you through each of the movements. We will learn a new step or revisit and refine one each class, building on the previous movements to flow a sequence together.
