Our Community Club in Merton runs weekly inclusive multi-sport sessions. Try fun, inclusive tennis and a range of other sports! Our sports club is open to anyone with a disability aged 8 years and over. Sessions are free, and siblings, parents, carers and support workers can also join! The Accessible Swim Session is designed to help disabled and less-abled swimmers to build on their water confidence and swimming technique. Available to to all users in a friendly and supportive environment. Pool hoist availabe if required.
Walking football for men and women over the age of 50. Matches usually based on a 7-A-Side format, 25 mins each way. A slower form of football which is great for steady cardio fitness, fun and friendships.
