Join our special session supporting the national Let’s Lift the Curfew campaign, empowering women to stay active and feel safe after dark. Take part in this community workout and help challenge the “silent curfew” that keeps many from enjoying evening activity.
Tuesday evening 60 min exercise session outdoors on astroturf. 15 minute pre-session warm up and everything is supplied from bibs to the ball. All you need to do is bring a water bottle, suitable footwear, and turn up to have fun. Each week there is are different captains nominated (see our YouTube channel). Be prepared to make new friends and your first session is completely FREE! First Aiders & Defibrillators are also available pitch side.
Taking place at Bagshot Pavilion, this class will help you understand how to engage core muscles before working through various Pilates exercises. This class is suitable for beginners or those looking to work at a slower pace with different levels offered. This is a mat based class and may include the use of small equipment, which will be provided.
Martial art trial classes
Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
