Walking netball is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. This includes with the ball or off the ball, and includes jogging. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times'”. A slower-paced version of the sport for male and female participants. These sessions will help improve your fitness, health and well-being and you don’t need brilliant tennis skills to join in, just a desire for fun and enjoyment.
Bookings are for 1 hour, including entry and briefing. Supervision ratios: 18M-4Y (1 paying adult -2 kids), 5-7Y (1 paying adult – 10 kids), 8+ (no ratio). Grip socks required.
