Fleet Town FC FA qualified coaches will lead the sessions that will concentrate on fun, development, co-ordination, team-work and football skills. MindSTONES is a free football scheme for men aged 18+ who wish to improve their mental and physical fitness in a friendly, open and safe environment. The one-hour sessions consist of a themed group discussion on mental wellbeing, a soccer drill and a short non-competitive match. MindSTONES sessions are held at Valley Park School, Maidstone on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8pm to 9pm, outside on the 3G pitch.
