Super 1s gives young people with a disability aged 12-25 the chance to play regular, competitive cricket. Community cricket hubs allow participants the chance to receive coaching, compete against their peers and enjoy the benefits of playing sport.

Womens programmes are a fantastic way to begin or improve your game further. Our Pitch, Putt and Prosecco evenings are designed for women new to golf to be able to learn about golf in a social setting with likeminded ladies who are also stepping into golf. Our sessions are with accredited PGA Coach, Evie Carter.
Table Tennis sessions for all abilities, we hold open play community sessions, as well as fully coached sessions. Sessions are lead by Helen Lower and John Blackband. Sessions cost £2 Junior £3 Senior, advanced coaching sessions £5.
