Wellness Walk This walk is all about improving mobility, improving coordination to help you improve your walking. focus on getting This is a gentle walk and will build confidence to walking. It is a social walk and is only suitable for those who do not have the physical fitness to attend other sessions. It will be at a steady gentle pace with plenty of opportunity to stop and sit if necessary
A social, led, brisk, short walk which, done on a regular basis, can help you feel good and have more energy. Health Walks are led by trained walk leaders and vary in length to suit all abilities. Be sure to check with site to confirm the meeting place as it could be in a community setting rather than the Centre. All you need is a comfortable pair of shoes and possibly a drink.

Hampshire Healthy Families Ready Steady Walks are free, push-chair friendly, social walking groups for families with young children living in Hampshire. Ready Steady Walk is a good excuse to get out into the fresh air and give you the chance to meet local families in your community. Your local walking group will be led by a Barnardo’s volunteer, or your local community worker. The walking groups meet once a week at the same venue in your area, at the same day and time.
