Every week we combine physical activity with helping out the community. We jog, cycle or walk to places such as the Foodbank, Colchester Borough Homes, Colchester in Bloom and litter picks having a lot of fun and raising our heart rate at your own level.😀 We also organise social events and volunteer at festivals and running events and compete in races.
This is a reccie walk, getting ready for this years Walx Festival. This will be a lovely walk through Studland village visiting Agglestone Rock before making our way up over to walk along the beautiful Studland beaches looking out towards Old Harry Rocks which will be stunning at this time of evening.

This is a walk for those who are managing a long term health condition. The session comprises of a walking route that can be inland, or along the coast at Goring.
