This class includes standing, seated and lying down mat moves with adaptations as needed. We will focus on balance, functional movement, building strength, mobility, flexibility, breath and relaxation. You will leave the class refreshed, relaxed and relieved from aches and pains.

Ideal for people with a long-term health condition or mobility issue. Or you are struggling with niggles and aches and stiffness. All the exercises are done seated or using the support of the chair. This includes supported standing and supported balance work alongside mobility, strengthening, stretching and relaxation.
