Pilates is a fantastic method used to help improve strength, flexibility, mobility, overall movement and tone. Pilates for ALL is suitable for all levels and abilities. Please wear comfortable clothing, and we are normally bare foot or in socks. We have all the equipment you need to participate in this class but please feel free to bring your own mat if you have one.
