We learn each dance as we go along so you don't need previous experience or a good memory. There are no wrong steps!! Wonderful for flexibility, balance and fitness as well as being joyful, spiritual and great for the mood.
Strength & Balance is a chair-based exercise programme for over-55s living in Islington. These sessions can be done sitting down but are also suitable for those looking to improve their balance and become steadier on their feet. These gentle exercise classes are also suitable for people with movement-limiting conditions such as COPD and arthritis. If you or a loved one are looking to improve strength and increase independence then this is the class for you.
