Walking rugby: one of England rugby's non-contact formats of the game! There is no tackling involved… Instead, a touch on the armpit or below are used. Played on a half pitch, participants must be working at all times. This session is available for all skill levels and all abilities. These are social sessions with a low commitment level, meaning you can join us whenever you like!

A contemporary dance class for young people aged 11-13 Years (School years 7-8). This class will develop dancers’ understanding of technical principles. Dancers will develop their movement vocabulary, exploring articulation, alignment, direction and fluidity. We are open to all levels and experience.
