Learn how to Nordic Walk with experienced leaders who will adapt the walk to suit all abilities. Poles will be provided. Nordic Walking tones the upper and lower body, reduces pressure on the joints and is great for burning calories. Every Wednesday 1:30-2:30pm. £1 per session. Limited spaces available. Booking is essential.
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. A slower-paced version of the world`s most popular sport, aimed at the over 50's. Smaller pitches and plenty of breaks ensure that participants enjoy a safe and enjoyable return to football. The slower pace doesn't detract from the competition though - it`s much more than just a stroll in the park!
