Session for family to build water confidence in a calm environment with unique ambience created by coloured lighting effects and sounds/music. This activity’s ideal for those looking to enjoy a sensory experience based around visual, hearing and touch senses.

Class is gentle seated exercise for less mobile members. Suitable for people with mobility issues.

Swimming is an low-impact workout that works the whole body. It can help build cardiovascular fitness, stamina and strength.

Seated or standing exercises focusing on improving balance to reduce the risk of falls and increase confidence in our more vulnerable customers.

The Accessible Swim Session is designed to help disabled and less-abled swimmers to build on their water confidence and swimming technique. Available to to all users in a friendly and supportive environment. Pool hoist availabe if required.

Improve your health and well-being by taking part in our Tai-Chi for Health Programme. Tai Chi is a low impact form of exercise that can be enjoyed by all ages and fitness levels. Develop your strength, balance and flexibility with a series of slow, fluid movements that can help promote relaxation. Every Tuesday Session 1: 1:30-2:30pm Session 2: 2:45-3:45pm. £2 per session.
