A beautiful walk across Cranborne Chase from the village of Cranborne. Stunning views! Free parking for us at the top end of the carpark on the grass. Lovely cafe to have refreshments together afterwards and good shopping to be had in the garden centre which includes a gift shop and vintage barn for small antiques/bric a brack. A gentle walking pace incorporating strength and balance exercises outdoors. This Wellness WALX is designed for those who benefit from progressive, gentle exercise, and is open to those using poles, not using poles or who would like to try poles. Beginners are very welcome.
