This is part of the England Talent pathway and hopes to find the Para England stars of the future. Walking netball is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. This includes with the ball or off the ball, and includes jogging. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times'”.
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. DANCE NOW | ACT UP | SING OUT are three fully inclusive groups based at Trestle Arts Base, where we work with local communities to spark creativity through participation. Dance Now is a dance session that encourages movement of all types, for all abilities. In each session, we will introduce and explore different dance techniques and styles from all over the globe. No experience is necessary just the desire to dance. Cost: £6 per session (Carers always free)
