We are running free arm cycling spin classes at the MoveWell Centre at the University of Birmingham. These classes are for everyone, all abilities welcome! The classes are run every Tuesday at 4pm and Friday at 1pm, starting from the 1st October. The classes will last 45 minutes, and are free to attend! We structure them like a spin class, with changed in speed matching the beat of the music. We use a mix of speed and strength tracks, to target different areas of fitness. The first class...
