Tuesday evening 60 min exercise session outdoors on astroturf. 15 minute pre-session warm up and everything is supplied from bibs to the ball. All you need to do is bring a water bottle, suitable footwear, and turn up to have fun. Each week there is are different captains nominated (see our YouTube channel). Be prepared to make new friends and your first session is completely FREE! First Aiders & Defibrillators are also available pitch side.
