Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. An Inclusive table tennis session for adults with disabilities. Enjoy playing table tennis in a fun and social environment. These sessions are generally more suitable for those living with a disability, SEND or a long term health condition. Sessions led by a specially trained member of staff.

Seated or standing exercises focusing on improving balance to reduce the risk of falls and increase confidence in our more vulnerable customers.
A slower version of the game, it`s still netball, but played at a walking pace. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it, regardless of fitness level and sessions are taken by a trained activator. Don’t worry if you have forgotten the rules, as they will be able to help you on your way to getting back into the sport you love.
These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.
Session for family to build water confidence in a calm environment with unique ambience created by coloured lighting effects and sounds/music. This activity’s ideal for those looking to enjoy a sensory experience based around visual, hearing and touch senses.
A slower-paced version of the world`s most popular sport, aimed at the over 50's. Smaller pitches and plenty of breaks ensure that participants enjoy a safe and enjoyable return to football. The slower pace doesn't detract from the competition though - it`s much more than just a stroll in the park!
