Class is gentle seated exercise for less mobile members. Suitable for people with mobility issues.
This walk will include a mixture of various different paces, but at all times you should be able to talk, walk and get some exercise. Ideal for anyone who wants to improve their fitness, but at the same time enjoy the social side of the walk.
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. All walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join us. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
