Hampshire Healthy Families Ready Steady Walks are free, push-chair friendly, social walking groups for families with young children living in Hampshire. Ready Steady Walk is a good excuse to get out into the fresh air and give you the chance to meet local families in your community. Your local walking group will be led by a Barnardo’s volunteer, or your local community worker. The walking groups meet once a week at the same venue in your area, at the same day and time.

Recreational Walking Football for fun, to benefit physical, mental and social health. Sessions are 60 minutes and consist of warm ups, ball skills and games. All ages and abilities welcome. We play on a 3G Astroturf pitch.⚽️

This class is a slow paced and relaxed way for beginners to introduce themselves to Pilates, for those who are returning after an injury or anyone who needs a light Pilates session. These sessions will ultimately help you to get out of back pain and get you moving better, feeling better and living better.
We are based at the start of an 11 mile off road Cycle Path, stretching from us in Yatton, to Cheddar. We have a great range of bikes, regular bikes, handcycles, a veloplus wheelchar bike, trikes, adaptive tandems, E-bikes and more. The tennis are on Wednesday between 10-11am and on Friday between 1-2pm.
