A slower-paced version of the world`s most popular sport, aimed at the over 50's. Smaller pitches and plenty of breaks ensure that participants enjoy a safe and enjoyable return to football. The slower pace doesn't detract from the competition though - it`s much more than just a stroll in the park!

Otago is a muscle strengthening and balance retraining program developed and tested by the New Zealand falls prevention research group. The idea behind Otago is that muscle strength, balance, flexibility and reaction time can all be improved to reduce your risk of falling. The session will include use of chairs and ankle weights. First class free.

A Low Impact circuit class aimed for residents who are inactive and at risk of cardiovascular diseases and mild to moderate mental health conditions. Please note all participants looking to take part must book a consultation to see the Get Active Specialist first. This consultation will run through the essential inclusion criteria to determine eligibility. Participants will receive 6 weeks free of exercise classes and then £4.50 per person
An Intermediate / Gear 2 walk of approximately 4 miles. The gradient is gentle, no steep hills or ramps, but the aim is to maintain a good pace. There are a couple of alternative routes according to the ground conditions but walkers should be prepared to walk along country roads and farm tracks. Class is gentle seated exercise for less mobile members. Suitable for people with mobility issues.
