Tonight is a full moon - it's called the Wolf Moon and it's a Supermoon! We will walk in Knole Park and see if we can manage without our head torches (you may wish to bring one just in case) and do bring a high vis jacket if you have one (not compulsory but helpful if you can). The club is based in Cardiff at the Vindico arena, accessible to disabled and non-disabled players from the age of 14 years old who are capable of self propulsion using their arms.
