Open to all ages & abilities! Throughout the Summer Programme we’ll be working towards a performance that will take place on 28th August at 3pm and again at 7pm. The performance will trail from Spode Gardens, Stoke, then to the Train Station and then to Caldon Park. All are welcome to this new exercise class with a difference. Improve your flexibility, strength and balance in a friendly, supportive group. Move within your own limits: you can sit, use a chair for support or stand - choose whatever works best for you. 60 minutes of exercise followed by a cuppa, cake and chat. The group walks for 1.5 -2 hours including a refreshment stop at a cafe. This is a fun gentle walking group for all ages and abilities.
