Brisk and Burning Nordic Walking can quickly build your general fitness, but adding some specific exercises will help you to perform better and keep improving your fitness. In these walks we will do interval sessions (alternating between fast (gear 3/4, speedhyking) and slow (gear 2) Nordic Walking and hill drills in combination with muscular strength and endurance exercises.
