A recovery and rehabilitation exercise class for sports injuries, health conditions or relaxation. This class benefits from the low impact, supported movements that the pool has to offer.
This is a mental health peer support group on the move. Each week we cover a 5km route with the emphasis on having time and space to chat while exercising.
We are a group of players ranging from complete beginners to club curlers, Paralympians and even world champions!! The club has a 2 hour session most Fridays from October through to March starting at either 11.45am or 12.15pm.
