These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.

We offer swimming lessons to anyone who has a physical, visual or hearing impairment who would like to improve their swimming. These sessions are aimed at swimmers who can confidently swim 10 meters on their front and back. These Lessons are delivered by highly qualified coaches who support and encourage all swimmer regardless of their impairment. A Tennis course that's perfect for wheelchair players of all ages and abilities. Unless stated this is a supervised session. Wear suitable clothing and footwear, all equipment is provided but if you have your own racket, please bring it with you. Please contact your local Centre for accessibility information.
