These sessions are designed specifically for individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This session is at a reduced capacity for a quieter environment. You can arrive and leave at any time during your session.
Our Club meets every Monday, at Lanarkshire Ice Rink, from 12.15 to 2.15 p.m. - Season 24/25 will be restarting on Monday 30th September and will run to Monday 24th March 2025. We aim to promote and develop wheelchair curling to both social and competitive players of all ages and abilities.
A seated exercise class incorporating Yoga and Pilates. Increases strength and flexibility, improves breathing and lung capacity as well as calming the mind and giving an overall sense of well-being.
A fun and friendly class suitable for OVER 50’s who would like to improve their; -General fitness and health -Strength -Balance -Co-ordination -Posture -Flexibility and mobility Suitable for those with conditions such as heart disease and diabetes Level 4 qualified instructor (BACPR), fully insured and COVID-19 safe

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
