This is a seniors class for all ages above 50 and all levels of fitness. The class is fun and all ages (above 50)/ all abilities welcome. The exercises aim to improve your function: day to day life. Incorporating Strength, Balance, Mobility, Coordination and endurance. Seated options are available. Start the weekend with a boost! Bring along a water bottle, comfortable clothing. Powerchair football is played in electric sports wheelchairs with bumpers on the front of them. Games are played 4 v 4 on a basketball court, are 40 minutes long, and there are currently around 100 clubs in the U.K. Since there is no advantage given for size or age, participants as young as 7 can play competitively with 70 year olds!
