Bums, legs and Tums workout
Pace one A 2k to 3k gentle WALX that incorporates balance work, flexibility and strength exercises and maybe a bit of yoga or relaxation too. On Monday these walks take place around Stanmore and Harrow Weald on mainly flat terrain but we do go on trails through the woods so that we can enjoy the changes in nature throughout the year. All children aged 8-17 years can play, but a large majority of Junior Programme members have a physical or learning impairment.
