Fit for Life Community based exercise classes for older men and women in Churchdown, Longlevens, Hucclecote, Brockworth and Barnwood. All our classes help maintain your independence with functional exercises to strengthen your heart and lungs; maintain strong bones, muscles, improved posture, flexibility and mobility. We currently run a Children's Pan Disability football session on Sunday Mornings for anyone with additional needs, and are starting a new weekday session on Monday evenings from late September 2024. We also run Walking football sessions for over 50's and will be starting an over 70';s version this autumn.
This low intensity workout is suitable for everyone and will help to improve your general fitness. Particuarly suitable for individuals searching for a low impact workout or individuals new to exercising. 14+
