PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. Strength and balance exercises to music with chair support if needed
Saturday Wheels is our cycling group for people with a Learning Disability and / or who are Neurodivergent. We meet every Saturday 2.30 - 3.30 at Wyke Community Sports Village.
Learning Disability Tennis is for anyone who wants have a go at tennis who has a learning disability. There are two sessions per week - Saturday 2.30-3.30pm and Thursday 4.30-5.30pm. These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.

A bookable, calm, quiet pool time to support building a relationship with the water. Suitable for swimmers with a disability and their supporters.
