Bedford Council have partnered with Bedford Blues Foundation to deliver two multi-activity clubs at John Bunyan Sport and Fitness Centre on a Tuesday and a Saturday. Each session offers a choice of exciting activities, including multi-sports and games, socialising opportunities, and use of the sensory room. A Low Impact circuit class aimed for residents who are inactive and at risk of cardiovascular diseases and mild to moderate mental health conditions. Please note all participants looking to take part must book a consultation to see the Get Active Specialist first. This consultation will run through the essential inclusion criteria to determine eligibility. Participants will receive 6 weeks free of exercise classes and then £4.50 per person
We are Aberdeen and Aberdeenshires only Wheelchair Basketball Team! If you have a physical disability, learning disability or chronic illness come along and try out our incredible sport. Wheelchair Basketball is inclusive of all, you don't need any experience in a wheelchair or of basketball to join us! We welcome Junior players age 8 to 15 and Senior players age 16 and up.
