Our sit-stand joint pain class; for seniors who can't do Pilates! For adults over 50 who can't do floor exercises and want to manage joint pain while improving strength, balance and mobility. This friendly community class offers expert guidance, scalable exercises and one-on-one support through gentle, effective exercises designed to help you move with confidence and comfort.
The classes are suitable for older adults who haven’t exercised before or who have started to experience a decline in their physical ability. There are two classes available: A Beginner/Intermediate class which lasts for 45 minutes and an Intermediate/Advanced class, which lasts for approximately 1 hour. A workout that combines exercises designed to help build full body strength useful in developing everyday life.
Tai Chi is a slow moving exercises that works on your balance and movement. This class is suitable for those who are still steady on their feet.
Class is gentle seated exercise for less mobile members. Suitable for people with mobility issues.
Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
Beginners Only Aerial Silks class, with no more than 4 participants. You will need to complete a Health & Safety Pack no later than 48 hours before your first class.
