Taking place at St Francis hall, Camberley, this class is suitable for those who have done some Pilates before. The class will include exercises with options to work at different levels, meaning you can work at an easier level if you're newer to Pilates and at a more advanced level if you've been doing Pilates for a while. This is a mat based class and may include the use of small equipment, which will be provided.
If you've recently completed our beginners course, are returning to regular running, or just want to take things a bit easier - this is the run for you! Tuesday evening 60 min exercise session outdoors on astroturf. 15 minute pre-session warm up and everything is supplied from bibs to the ball. All you need to do is bring a water bottle, suitable footwear, and turn up to have fun. Each week there is are different captains nominated (see our YouTube channel). Be prepared to make new friends and your first session is completely FREE! First Aiders & Defibrillators are also available pitch side.
The classes are suitable for older adults who haven’t exercised before or who have started to experience a decline in their physical ability. There are two classes available: A Beginner/Intermediate class which lasts for 45 minutes and an Intermediate/Advanced class, which lasts for approximately 1 hour.
